Service department of EDP s.r.o. offers its services in the whole country. Performs servicing of all types of gaming machines, Multi Roullet or other devices from the company production, provides training of technicians, spare parts distribution and provides information about changes and updates of software.
Your service requests, repair orders, etc. Will be answered by operators in the following hours:
- Monday to Friday (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.), 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. recorder
- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Repairs are carried out on weekdays within 48 hours in the factory in Komořany.
Acceptance of repairs after telephone appointment on weekdays 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The warranty period is determined by the sale contract (the warranty).
The record date for determining the duration of the warranty period is the day of receipt and the day of reporting faults to central dispatching.
In case of request for repair at the location specified by the customer, based on a written order
(E-mail, fax) the repair will be performed at the earliest possible time by technician (usually next working day).
Orders must include
- Serial number and type of slot machine or roulette, etc.
- Brief description of the defect, eventually error message
- Location of the required repairs (establishment)
- Phone contact and name of the person who ordered the repair
- Company name, ID
- Billing contact
- Eventually warranty certificate.
Sale, repair and replacement parts are provided Mon-Fri from 6:30 a.m. until 14:30 p.m. in service warehouse in Komořany. In case of unpaid debts from the customer to the company the service or spare parts supply will not be provided.

In case of interest, we offer our busines partners mostly one day training focused on various specific types of slot machines. Training is performed at a predetermined time in the manufacturing
plant in Komořany. In justified cases and based on agreement the training can be made elsewhere.
The price is predetermined by the number of individually trained technicians.
