Designing and Manufacturing
The EDP offers an extensive and long term experience in the field of manufacturing works of general engineering, metal sheet machining, and also engages in the development of new machines and equipment. The designs are created in 3D CAD SolidWorks with the option of direct uploads of external data from any CAD system.
more >>Splitting of Materials
Machines by TRUMPF are used for splitting of materials in the EDP. The working scope of all material splitting machines is 3000 x 1500 mm.

Punched and cut material is then processed on the TrumaBend and Safan press brakes.

Welding
The EDP uses methods of pressure welding (resistance spot welding) along with fusion welding (electric arc welding).

Haeger and SV machines are used for pressing connecting materials such as screws, nuts and other elements.

Griniding
Grinding of steel products before surface treatment is either carried out manually or on belt grinding machines.
more >>Vacuum forming of Plastics
Vacuum forming of plastics is a new technology in EDP. We have three machines, for this purpose – two Kiefel 66/100 and one Kiefel 50/90. This technology allows us to process semi finished products from plastic panels up to 5 mm in thickens. The wall thickness of the finished pressed product is smaller than the initial thickness of the semi finished plastic panel.

Joinery
The workshop is capable of doing splitting, machining, surface treatment and assembly preparation of large format materials for completion according to the required quality. The joinery produces all wooden components of gambling machines, furniture inclusive of upholstery, machine embroidery, furniture equipment for casinos and interior equipment especially for the entertainment industry.

The advertising and design studio is divided into the section for processing printed and cut materials, the production centre of illuminated advertising signs and the screen printing department.
