Designing and Manufacturing
To our customers we are able to offer an extensive experience in the area of metal sheet constructions, supply of all design documentation, creation of 3D models of products, visualisation of real appearance of the products – rendering, 2D manufacturing documentation, calculation reports, assembly instructions, maintenance instructions and operating manuals of the products, if required.
In our company the designing work is directly connected to the manufacturing process, i.e. the design data are used to program our NC machines by means of the CAM technology.
We provide DWG and DXF documentation for the production of components on the NC machines and additionally, on a customer request, complete 3D data in general formats.
We can also organize and arrange the production and final delivery of a completed product or a component.
Our main activities include:
- Designing of steel sheet equipment (switchboards, CNC control boxes, workshop cabinets)
- Development of new machines and equipment
- Drafts of steel structures including related static calculations by an authorised person
- Designing of glazed facades and coffered cladding systems for buildings
- Designing of manufacturing devices
- Designing of moulds for vacuum forming of plastics
