Griniding
Belt grinding machines
2 x BASSET PBH 220 - for large welded parts of approximately 300 x 700 x 700 mm in size
10 x Grit GX - for small welded products
A manual angle grinder and a vibration grinder are used for final grinding of large and small steel welded parts in boxes. The welds of stainless steel components are ground with the Grit GX belt grinder. Final polishing is carried out on a disc polisher using a paste.
Our long-term experience and practice in grinding and polishing stainless steel parts (material of the EN 1.4301 super mirror quality) are of a great advantage.
