Splitting of Materials
Cutting machines
Splitting of sheet metals by cutting is carried out on 2D laser machines that work on the principle of the “flying optics”, i. e. the cutting head moves while the material remains in fixed position.
Punching machines
We use two Trumatic TC 5000 R machines for punching.
Combined machines
Additional two combined Trumatic TC 6000 L machines are used to increase the productivity of splitting the materials. These machines combine the punching head with the laser during the material splitting.
The combined Trumatic TC 7000 L is a new, highly efficient machine used for splitting of materials. It is especially beneficial for fast processing of smaller parts with complex geometry as the cutting head moves while the table stays still.
