Stud Welding
Essentially, the foundation of this process is a creation of a welding arc directly between the components and the basic metal material, and their subsequent connection after melting. This method is very cost-effective, quick and efficient.
In addition to the manual welding, EDP also offers the technology of CNC welding from HBS. The MPW 2010 is an automatic CNC machine with three heads, five feeders of connecting material and a table 1250 x 2250 mm in size.
