Painting

The complete painting line is a product from Ideal – Line and makes up one separate operational unit. From an operational point of view, the painting line is divided into the area for pre-treating the surface prior to painting and the area for the application of powder in a spraying cabin (manually or automatically) with subsequent curing in a furnace. The surface treatment is a final operation before assembly. The paint shop is also suited for painting aluminium parts, inclusive of chemical pre-treatment.

Thermal removal of paint – Pyrolysis

The TD machine is used for cleaning and removing paint from metal materials covered with layers containing hydrocarbons. The cleaning and removal of paint take place through the thermal decomposition of organic substances.
This technique is mainly used for:
- Removing various coats from suspension components (hooks, frames, fixtures etc.)
- Cleaning engine parts, cylinder heads and similar parts that have been covered in burnt gas or oil
- Cleaning parts of electric machines

Titanium Surface Treatment
The surface treatment of titanium is carried out on the V – 1500 “U” vacuum machine.  This machine is used for the application of thin layered, highly resistant and decorative coatings from electrically conductive materials of titanium, zirconium, molybdenum, that are difficult to melt and their compounds with gases in the vacuum, using the vacuum-plasma method. The height of the vacuum chamber is 2200 mm and the inner diameter of the chamber is 1100 mm.
