Welding
Resistance spot welding - the welding room for resistance spot welding is mostly equipped with 4 machines from Jesva Hořice. This method is used to prepare sub-assembly parts for manual welding and mainly robotic welding.
Manual electric arc welding - for manual electric arc welding using the MIG, MAG and TIG methods, the welding power sources with a fully digital control from Fronius are used.
Robotic electric arc welding - the EDP has a total of 5 robots from ABB. The welding robots are equipped with the welding power sources from Fronius with the CMT system (Cold Metal Transfer). One robotic workstation is specialized in welding stainless steel components.
